How do you receive your Coco Cashmere piece?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm  edited.

The estimated delivery time within Austria is between 2-3 working days.

Delivery delays may occur during the sale.

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered to Germany within 2-4 days, and for deliveries abroad within 3-7 days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and countries of the European Union. 


Delivery conditions  and delivery costs: 

Germany & Austria:

  • 5 €  Shipping costs for Austria and Germany 

European Union:

  • 10 € within the EU

Norway: 

  • 19.95€ shipping costs

Switzerland:

  • 26 CHF shipping costs

Lichtenstein:

  • 39.95€ shipping costs


What are the return fees ?

 


For returns from Austria, Germany, and EU countries, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Please address your package to the following return address:
